A.O.C. Bordeaux Blanc Cuvée Cythère The Bordeaux
Blanc A.O.C. CYTHÈRE vintage comes from a selection
of the oldest vineyards. It is a dry, white wine that results from a process
known as pellicular maceration (the skins must bubble together for 24
hours before the pressing). Intensely fruity, full-bodied and rich, with
a lingering finish, it may be enjoyed alone as an aperitif or, alternatively,
it goes very well with fish cooked in a sauce or white meat.
